End to end comprehensive consultancy services for the development of an all-weather, deep-draught, multiuser, multi-cargo port at Chhara, Gujarat. The project involves constructing key infrastructure including an LNG berth, LPG and li quid handling berths, bulk cargo handling facilities, and a 4500 m breakwater to support safe and efficient port operations. OCE work included detailed planning, mathematical modelling, preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR), financial evaluation, environmental impact assessment (EIA), and conducting public hearings. Oceanus Coastal Engineers (OCE) successfully facilitated the obtaining of CRZ and environmental clearances from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), ensuring full regulatory compliance and sustainable developments. Additionally, Oceanus Coastal Engineers (OCE) supported the revision of the Master Plan based on modelling results and Terms of Reference (ToR) conditions, and offered expert advice on phased construction to address land availability constraints. Oceanus Coastal Engineers (OCE) also prepared all necessary documentation to secure projec approvals and assist in financial closure with lending institutions.
